Directions for coming by car from Pisa Airport
 When
leaving the car rental car park follow the sign for the Autostrada
A12 (Green) and take direction Genova. After a short while on a dual
carriageway you will need to take a ticket at the toll booth and continue
towards Genova.- At Pisa Nord take the exit A11 Firenze and Lucca. Follow
this motorway until the 2nd exit for Lucca, Lucca EST.
The toll is 2 euros from the airport .Ignore all signs for Lucca centre.
- When you arrive at a large roundabout with McDonalds stay in the
left lane follow the sign for Pisa SS12 (blue) ( Do not drive straight
ahead towards Lucca).
- Be careful not to go towards Firenze on the motorway! Go around
the roundabout and bear left.There are white hotel signs Da Carlos
Hotel, S. Michele, Hotel Principessa.
- You will now see direction PISA and PONTEDERA
which is the new road turning right over the motorway. Keep going
until direction PISA and you will be on the correct road passing Hotels
Villa Elisa and Princepessa.
- Pass Hotels Principessa ,and Villa Elisa.
- Follow left bend towards signs for Pisa and S. Maria.
- Pass the yellow Agip garage on your left.
- Slow down as after bend in the road you will see the road sign for
S. Maria.
- Take the second road after the sign by the Pasticceria Moriani.
 Turn
left at the end of the road and you see Bar Sport by the mini roundabout.- Turn right towards the minimarket and church.
- Slowly drive pass the minimarket shop and you will find a narrow
road by the right hand side side of the church towards the car park
and square.
- If there is no space here you can park in the street by the school
and newsagents.
- The house ( yellow) is around the back of the church square in a
narrow one way road.It is on the left hand side with a large pair
of gates into a courtyard.
- Via Barsotti 205. Please ring the bell.
- If you reach the chemist/Hotel Da Carlos by mistake turn around
as the tunnel for Pisa is soon!!!
